Restorative Yoga Classes

Slow, quiet classes focused on stillness, deep relaxation, and letting the body rest. We explore just a few postures each session, giving you time to settle, breathe, and release tension.

No Pressure Yoga Classes

A steady, well-rounded practice blending strength, mobility, breath awareness, and relaxation. Beginner-friendly but with enough challenge to support progress at your own pace.

Chair Yoga Classes

Gentle, accessible yoga using a chair for support and stability. Build mobility, balance, and confidence through seated and supported postures, breath work, and relaxation.​​

These beginner-friendly classes are designed to reduce tension, support focus, and promote rest through calming movement and breath. Perfect for busy workdays.

Corporate Yoga in King's Lynn

For local businesses, or teams visiting the West Norfolk area, we also offer in-person corporate yoga sessions at our beautiful purpose built yoga studio in King's Lynn. It is a dedicated space for your team to step away from the workday, unwind, and return feeling grounded and refreshed.

Location

We teach our in-person classes at Yoga at The Grange, located in the grounds of the Grange Hotel, off South Wootton Lane in King's Lynn. The studio has car parking available, step-free access and accessible toilets.

Mats and props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.
