Approachable yoga to help you rest and feel your best

The pressure to work harder, do more, achieve more, be productive is relentless, and is resulting in epidemic levels of burnout and chronic stress.

Yoga, in particular restorative yoga, can offer an antidote to this. Our classes are a space where it's OK to slow down and do less. There is no pressure to push, perform, achieve (or be seen to be achieving).

​

Rest does not have to be earned, it is a necessity. Take some time to unashamedly do less in one of our classes, online and in-person in King's Lynn.​

Yoga Basics Classes

An approachable and relaxed class that covers the fundamentals of physical yoga practice. Expect a mix of breath work, mobility, strength and relaxation. Use of props actively encouraged. Beginner-friendly.

Our values

Autonomy

You are free to choose which parts of the practice work for you, and to modify or adapt according to your needs.

No Competition

Yoga is not about looks, and it doesn't matter what anyone else is doing (or not doing). Your practice, your way.

Do Less

In daily life there is pressure to do more, try harder, push yourself. We invite you to do the opposite. Do less, be more.

Class Location

We teach our in-person classes at Yoga at The Grange, located in the grounds of the Grange Hotel, off South Wootton Lane in King's Lynn. The studio has car parking available, step-free access and accessible toilets.

Mats and props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.
