What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a slow, gentle, and above all, restful form of yoga. We use props - bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps - to make each posture as comfortable as possible to enable muscular relaxation. The focus is on deep rest rather than stretch or effort. We aim to allow the body to settle in comfort so that the mind can unwind and the nervous system can shift into a state of rest.

I am finding this format of yoga incredibly relaxing - it is rest personified! I honestly believe that you will feel the immense benefit after just one session.

I had just started in a new job, so I was tired and my brain was busy – and it made such a difference to my week, so thank you!
